Duncan Butler has worked in the Powersports Industry for more than 25 years and has been an industry enthusiast for as long as he can remember. After working his way up at Harley-Davidson in Orlando, Florida, he spent the majority of his career in various leadership roles at premier lines such as Harley-Davidson, Indian, Polaris, Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Triumph, Ducati, BMW and BRP. He attributes any success to strict adherence to managing processes.

Duncan has overseen dealership operations with revenues of $250K to $20M. From managing dealerships at the height of industry profits to keeping dealerships afloat during a recession, he attributes all success to his adherence to fundamental business practices and better business processes. With an uncanny ability to identify deficiencies in all departments and implement effective solutions, he has a proven track record of growing businesses profitability in all departments.

The Butler Group was established in 2011, utilizing a hands on approach with dealerships of all levels and experience. In 2017 The Butler Group took its expertise to the entertainment industry and spent time with the Zac Brown Collective, helping manage their VIP experience, as well as multiple brands and advertising partnerships.
